How WEITBLICK makes its sales and marketing media available with VAULO
WEITBLICK, a manufacturer of workwear, provides its sales partners with a wide range of media through an individually built media portal. Beyond delivering content tailored to each partner, they can log in independently via VisitorHub and access approved documents at any time — without going through a sales representative.
We used to put together the right documents for each sales partner individually and send them out — sometimes even twice. Now, through their own login to the media portal, they see the documents approved for them directly — that saves our sales team several hours every week in customer support.

Security for sensitive digital assets
Storage, access and sharing need to be clearly regulated — especially where product media is created ahead of a market launch. VAULO combines technical safeguards with individually controllable permissions.
Server location Germany
Customer data is stored exclusively in a Microsoft Azure data centre in Frankfurt — certified to ISO/IEC 27001, BSI C5:2020 and TISAX.
Controlled access
Administrators use roles and permissions to define individually who may view, edit, download or share content.
GDPR compliant
VAULO processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. A data processing agreement backs that up legally.
Regular penetration testing
VAULO has its own security architecture regularly checked by independent penetration tests, and continuously develops its safeguards further.
VAULO — the digital media vault from Germany
Through his work as a photographer and cameraman, Marc Conzelmann has had close contact with companies from industry and trade for years — from product shoots to image films. That gave him first-hand experience of just how much effort went into making the resulting media available to his clients afterwards.
For that delivery, he needed several different tools at once — one for photos, one for videos, one for quick file transfer in between. Not all of them were consistently GDPR-compliant, and none of them lived in the same place. Existing DAM solutions did exist, but many were either very expensive, came from the US, or felt technically outdated.
That experience gave rise to the idea for VAULO: a DAM that is as simple as possible in its UX, speaks Apple's design language, and stays within reach even for smaller companies — without cutting back on features. Because it involves sensitive product and company data, it was clear to him from the start that security, especially today, could not be a compromise.
Founded together with Sebastian Küsters, VAULO has grown with its customers ever since — from an entry point for small teams to enterprise use, with no system switch required. To this day, it continues to be developed closely with companies from industry and trade, not past the market.
